Summer is finally upon us here in Sweden. A little later than usual which has prompted some people to question if global warming is actually going on.

They don’t understand that increased energy in the atmosphere does not make it warmer everywhere, all the time. It just make all weather more extreme. As it increases you will see more of coldest, warmest, driest, wettest, windiest etc.

In a way that is the theme of this months coaching letter. Not weather per se, but the fact that as we understand better we can do better. That at the speed of insight what seemed hard is all of a sudden easy …
